What I love about snow falling is the sense of quiet that enters my being with each gentle snowflake. When it snows here in Oregon, I stand outside and inhale the sense of peace and beauty, the quiet surrounding me. For me and my desert soul, it’s magical.
Here in the Pacific Northwest I get to experience it maybe once a year (although last year it was 4 times!). And while I don’t exactly know how to drive or function in the snow- at least not yet, I do know that those special moments of peace and clarity make its all worth it. I love the beauty that snow falling brings.
This is why I am so excited to bring you today’s meditation. My client chose Forest Snow in honor of the peace she felt in walking through the forest after our last snow fall.
May this meditation bring you inner peace and quiet beauty.
